Secrets of Hungary’s Sour Cherry Brandied Chocolate Truffle
Posted by tlisenby under Chocolate Truffles[3] Comments
Hello Girlfriends,
My late husband had a post on Hungary’s Sour Cherry Brandied Chocolate Truffles.
I am reposting this because the clip was redone. It’s a tour through the historic city of Gyula, Hungary, where we visit the famous chocolatier Hanna Fredericks of Mamor Chocolate Ltd.
I’d love to take my kids to visit the historic town which borders Romania. It’s definitely a special way of making Chocolate Truffles. It’s a delight to watch this clip. I understand why the late Duke posted this one.
Love Ya,

Thank God for my nephew. My late husband ran this blog before he passed away. Now my nephew runs it. I just write. He posts each of my articles. It’s great. He knows all this techno babble, that I can never understand. He is great at what he does.
My niece wanted to put up a website because she sees her brother with one. Over the last few days, my nephew has been helping her with the website. My niece simply just loves chocolate. One of her hobbies is to get the scoop on the latest chocolate products, news, and anything that has to do with chocolate.
Being the techno person my nephew is, he told my niece to go with a digg type site. Please help my niece, check out the site. Give us your feedback.
Love and Kisses

As posted previously, my dear husband Tom Lisenby, Duke of Chocolate, passed away. He was hit by a car while on his morning jog. Please give me a moment. I need to compose myself. I am back now.
Three things mattered to him the most, besides his family. The first was his fanatic affection, and addiction for chocolate. Second was this chocolate blog. Third was his Ultimate Chocaholic Heaven chocolate eBook he finished shortly before that tragic day.
I know he would want you to have this chocolate eBook. It was his pride and enjoy. The book took him two years to write. He poured his life and soul into the book. The book contains over 2000 handed selected chocolate recipes.
We (the kids, and I) were blessed that he tried the recipes on us. We are glad to be his guinea pigs, so he can perfect his recipes. It was heavenly when we sampled one of his perfected specialty chocolate cakes.
We hope you need get a chance to try out the recipes. You definitely have to tell us what you think of the book, and the recipes.
Hugs and Kisses Forever,
Theresa Lisenby
