Our family plan just ended. I am so glad it ended. AT&T / Cingular’s service is terrible. I would get dropped calls, when I call my daughter, or my son. It’s just a nuisance. We decided to switch to Verizon. I’ve heard great about their service, and coverage. Although, their customer service, and billing can be improved. I picked Verizon Wireless’s with 3 lines for $189 a month. We signed a two year contract. We read reviews on the . On the whole, the reviews were positive. On CNET the score was 7/10. All my friends said the LG Chocolates are great. They wouldn’t trade it for anything else. We decided to get three LG Chocolates, LG White Chocolate for Timmy, LG Chocolate Black for me, and LG Cherry Chocolate for Sandy.

The good news is we finally get to try VCAST, my friends tell me it’s a great service from Verizon. Now, we get to download the latest music. Sandy is going to have a blast using VCAST.

I need to learn all that text messaging stuff from Sandy, and Timmy. They are great at that. Our plan comes with unlimited text messaging. Now I’ll just text them instead. But, I’ll still call them when it’s urgent.

I make most of my calls in the car. In addition to the LG Chocolate phone, I purchased the , LG Bluetooth Combo Package for me, and 2 music essential kit for Sandy and Timmy.

So far the phones are great. We definitely love our chocolate phones. Tell us about your experience with LG Chocolate Phones. We would love to hear about it.

Commonly, a is a sweet chunk of nicely carved piece of chocolate. A chocolate bar can be a dark chocolate bar, chocolate mint bar, chocolate energy bar, or simply just a bar of chocolate. But today, I want to talk about a different type of .

There are bars such as , , or Chocolate Bar Los Angeles. In New York there is Allison Nelson’s Chocolate Bar. This bar is like a bar in the traditional sense; you with loud music, and all aspects of cosmopolitan culture; except this bar serves all sorts of chocolate drinks, such as Chocolate Bar Tea. So this is your Chocolate Bar in New York, it’s devoted all aspects of Urban Culture with chocolate as a center piece.

is by far the best chocolate store in Houston. It’s happy hour every hour at Gilbert Johnson’s chocolate bar. Typical items in the store include chocolate novelties, chocolate cakes, and chocolate gifts. Some of the delectables include chocolate covered ice cream, chocolate covered fruits, and chocolate chips, chocolate popcorn, chocolate fortune cookies, and chocolate nuts.

is like Allison Nelson’s in New York. It’s a hip hop scene that West Coast Urbanites frequent. Their draw is Saturday nights, where the bar is a big house party. It a place where people dance, have fun, and have chocolate. This is a place for serious dancers. The DJ’s are just great Saturday nights.

So there you have it, Chocolate Bars in three major cities in the United States. Have you been to any of the chocolate bars I talked about? Have you ever been to a chocolate bar?

I was looking for something to make to surprise my niece and nephew. I wanted something I can make easily and quickly, because they were going to be here shortly. They always look forward to what I make for them when they come to stay. I found a chocolate covered strawberries recipe. Most chocolate covered strawberries recipes I have tried out there are complicated and time consuming, but this one is quick and easy. If you don’t believe me, you can try other recipes. This is your choice, but you can use paraffin or shortening. Personally I prefer shortening, but it’s just me.

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons shortening
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves.

Directions:

  1. Insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and shortening, stirring occasionally until smooth. Holding them by the toothpicks, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture.
  3. Turn the strawberries upside down and insert the toothpick into Styrofoam for the chocolate to cool.

You can also drizzle white chocolate over the for a more beautiful look and feel. Of course, you can also make , but its up to you on how you want to tweak the recipe. This recipe was so easy, I didn’t have to use the oven; I just used the microwave. My niece Nicole, and nephew Nick loved it. My kids are with their Aunt for the weekend. We traded off once a month where my niece and nephew stay with me, and my kids stay with their Aunt, or my sister. You can try it for yourself. Of course if you are still not satisfied, you can watch the clip on .
