Hello,
We’ve been out of touch for a few weeks. We’ve been on vacation. I took my kids, my nephews, and nieces to California. We dropped by Disneyland. Timmy, and Sandy had a great time. It’s heaven for them. My nephews, and nieces are looking forward to going to college. We took them on a couple of college tours.
Of course, we stopped by in San Diego to visit Sea World. What does this have to do with Chocolate Truffles? Absolutely, nothing. We just wanted to catch everyone up with what’s been going on in our lives.
Without further delay, learn how to make chocolate truffles Japanese style.
Recipe I: Sautéed apple with butter sugar/バレンタインに手作りチョコレート
1/2 tablespoon butter
1 apple
2 tablespoon raisin
1/2 teaspoon water (* I think tablespoon is correct.)
1 tablespoon sugar
application:
Adding sweet potatoes, sesames, tea-leafs in dow also have nice flavour.
Recipe II: Chocolate truffle in easy style/簡単トリュフ
[black truffle]
100 g bitter chocolate
1/2 tablespoon cream
Some cocoa powder
[white truffle]
100 g white chocolate
1/2 tablespoon cream
Some powder sugar
