Dear Readers,

The Duke of Chocolate has passed away. God bless, his soul. His dying request was for me to maintain his chocolate blog to the best of my abilities. He has a number of unpublished posts I will try to publish in the coming months. He knows much more about chocolate than I do. I will apologize in advance if I get the facts wrong. I am still learning.

I will try to update his blog as often as I can. I have a very busy schedule. I work full time, and take care of my two lovely children. They’re both in elementary school. My daughter, Sandy is in the 3rd Grade, and the my son, Timmy is in the 5th Grade. My son really loves baseball. During the season, he has practice every Saturday morning. My daughter is just an exquisite dancer. She is just adorable. You should see her in her ballerina outfit.
