Choclate Christmas Decorations

This is the first time we are decorating this year without my dear husband Tom. In the past, he designed the outdoor Christmas decorations. It was an elaborate affair. He would take weeks preparing, designing the extravagant light show, and ornaments. He always designed Christmas theme with a chocolate flavor.

We always had the best, and brightest Christmas lights on our block. This year we started the planning, and purchasing late, because, I am a single parent now, and it’s hard being the mother, and the father. We just don’t have the time like we used to.

This year we are looking for some Christmas lights that durable, and weather proof. It’s definitely a bonus when the LED Christmas lights last a long time, and are energy efficient. The great thing about these LED Mini Lights are, they are extremely durable, you can stack boxes, and boxes of lights on top of each other, and the bulbs won’t break. This is especially good when my kids are putting up the lights; you don’t have to worry about broken class.

What we are preparing this year is a food theme. We are going to have Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and his elves prepare a Christmas feast, with the dessert being a Christmas chocolate cake. For beverages, we are going to have hot chocolate for the elves, and chocolate wine for the Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Wish us luck with our Christmas decorations.
