Bake Muffins and Brownies that’s good for your kids

As a kid, I was chastised for eating junk food a few hours before dinner. Usually, I would eat candy, potatoe chips, or sometimes chocolate brownies, or some sweet dessert. I would hear from Mom, “You’re going to ruin your appetite, if you have sweets now. Just wait a bit longer.”
Back in the day nutritious sweets didn’t exist. The only thing that came close was sweet vitamins, even then they didn’t taste all that great, but they tasted better than the regular vitamins. Thank God, for creative people. I will be willing to bet that, a mother had a problem with her children consume too much sweets, and cannot get her children off of the sweet stuff. So she adapted, why not make chocolate brownies, chocolate muffins, and other chocolate sweets that was nutritious, and good for your kids. Why don’t we make chocolate sweets high in vitamin content, fiber, protein, low in fat, and contain virtually no cholesterol. Now her children can enjoy sweets that are good for them. The snacks will be both nutritious and sweet.
Now she doesn’t have to worry about her children ruin their appetites before dinner. She can encourage her children to chow down on the nutritious chocolate snacks.
