About 30 of the 600 homes in Jolly Harbour got flooding during Hurricane Omar in Antigua. It looks like the main cause was the clearing of a blocked stream up current from Jolly Harbour.
After hurricane Omar left the Caribbean is gave Antigua some flooding in isolated areas. No wind damage to speak of but some areas were badly flooded. Most of us on the island were fine though and the hotels and beaches mostly did well too.

while out fishing in about 1200 feet of water with no luck, we ran into a school of dolphins. these atlantic spotted dolphins stayed around the boat and since it was so calm, we jumped in to snorkel with them. we only had 2 masks but took it in turns.
The Montserrat fishing tournament where we only got one good fish just off the Soufriere Volcano. Adventure Antigua's "Xtreme" crew had a blast as usual.
