Rapidly rotating wall cloud encountered around 6 p.m. on 4/11/07 near mile marker 30 on I-70 east of Terre Haute, IN. Just after I got this video, a tornado warning was issued for this storm. Despite the strong rotation, no tornado touched down, though the storm did produce 3/4 inch hail in a couple locations

At the time I thought this was just strong outflow wind, but upon reviewing my video I think a weak tornado MAY have crossed the road in front of me. There is a lowering and some rotation in the clouds, and although I can't tell if there is rotation in the dust cloud, its nearly vertical edges suggest that possibility.
This high-precipitation (HP) supercell, the second of two severe storms I observed in Carroll County, MO on June 7, produced the wall cloud and cloud-to-ground (CG) lightning shown in this video. 80 mph wind and hail the size of baseballs were reported with this storm.
