The 15 miles of mainly 1:100 was made to look tame as the Britannia climbed with ease, only slackening off for the speed restriction over Ribblehead Viaduct.
76079 hauls the first of the 2008 season of Cotton Mill Express runs. A round trip from Manchester Victoria via Huddersfield, Halifax, Accrington, Blackburn and Bolton.
The second of the seasons Cotton Mill Expresses ran on the 9th February and this time 76079 had an extra coach making the load 8. This is the climb of Copy Pit.
