Lion Heart uses his familiar frontrunning style to win the Grade 1 2004 Haskell Invitational at Monmouth Park, handily defeating odds-on favorite Rock Hard Ten and holding off 20/1 longshot My Snookie's Boy. Lion Heart was the Kentucky Derby runnerup to Smarty Jones.
