Ducted Fan Technology was new in those days. This video shows how well they worked. This is a scratch-built P-80 Shooting star with a Rossi 90 engine running on 20% Nitro and a Byrojet ducted fan from Byron Originals. This plane is hanging in my garage and is flyable. All I need is a 3 man working crew to fly it.
