Classic stop motion animated film from Sesame Street, said to have been created by Jim Henson. Oranges, of course, are high in acid (citric). The song is from the opera Carmen.
I believe this is the original version of the film and classic song. The arrangement sounds different than what I remember but I'm probably remembering Everybody Sleeps. Song by Joe Raposo.
Early Muppet fav from childhood. Memorable song and fun puppetry (I especially loved the movement of the vehicles). Jim Henson, Frank Oz, and Caroll Spinney.
The narrator here voiced the character seen in the "count of 10" film (rubber band for mouth and eyes, seen in "Limbo: the Organized Mind" by Jim Henson, also referred to as "Nobody"). Made with the Scanimate computer.
animated short from Sesame Street. The live film a lot of people remember never bothered me, but the metallic feel of this animated one I found "unsettling".
Do you like corn?
I knew that you did.
Classic film from the early years (1969?). The music especially dates it and sounds more like Romper Room than typical Sesame Street, but it's one of the early "people films" that I never forgot.
