Me as Winnifred in Once Upon a Mattress. This is the opening of the song 'Shy'. I loved this show...As always, the show was much better than these awful clips would lead you to believe.
Me doing "Woe is Me" from the musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in musical theater class at AMDA. The Pianist was having some troubles in the beginning, so I start like 3 times!
Ok so Eli is really the one doing most of the singing but I'm in there...We're doing "It Takes Two" from the musical Hairspray in musical theater class at AMDA.
Me singing "The Very Next Man" from the musical "Fiorello!" in musical theater class at AMDA. This was just a run-through of our demo songs. I'm a mess in my leotard and tights from ballet and my glasses because I ruptured my cornea the day before and couldn't wear my contacts...But hopefully the singings ok even though I look like death :)
Me doing "Journey to the Past" from the movie Anastasia in musical theater class at AMDA. Someone give me a job!!!! :)
ps yes I skrewed up the words at the end.
Me singing "Romance" from Operetta "The Desert Song". I did this for my 1920s song for musical theater class at AMDA. Its a little boring if you aren't into this kind of thing, but you have to take it for what it is, its not a modern musical song.
Sorry the video and audio aren't synced. This is the very and end of "Is Anybody There?" and then the finale/my solo, "Astonishing" from my AMDA showcase. Directed by Adam Pelty. The musical arrangements are by David Bishop. Please keep in mind the song was re-arranged to fit the purpose of the showcase.
A brief scene and my character, the "innocent" young nun Sue's song from Blake Hackler's raunchy masterpiece "The Boss in the Satin Kimono". Music by Steven Silverstein. Performed in the 2008 NY Fringe Festival
