I really hate to say this, but chocaholics are a bunch of losers. We need to get off our asses, and stop being lazy and do something productive than just eating chocolate and getting fat. Actually, I am kidding. In all seriousness we need to be more active in life, and keep up a good work out schedule.
But can you imagine any other food providing the delight that chocolate can? This is when we are eating chocolate. Wine might beats the eating chocolate but not quite the same. We need to play hard, work hard, drink hard and enjoy hard.
Scientists may find reasons to justify the popularity of chocolate but the us chocoholics don’t need a reason for liking chocolate. We are just interested in eating it. But, we also know the pitfalls of eating lot of chocolates. Which why I said that we need to enjoy chocolate in moderation. We we sit on our asses and eat chocolate, and become bumps on a log; we have become lazy slobs. There is no place for slobs in this world.
To help us lean mean working machines we eat low fat sugar free chocolate. This form of chocolate helps with our figure, and keeps our intake of sugar, and fat low.

So, when you finally see low fat sugar free chocolate which fulfills the both objectives of great taste, and possible weightloss, you are over the moon with excitement. But is the product as over hyped as the rest of the low fat stuff or does it really work? Well, unfortunately the answer is yes - the whole thing is over hyped because fat free doesn’t mean low calories, because the chocolate is low fat only
The term low fat is a nutrient content claim regulated by the FDA for use on food labels. To say on the label that a food is “low” in something has a specific regulatory meaning, namely that a product can be eaten frequently without exceeding dietary guidelines for the component in question. Low fat chocolate means that the chocolate contains no more than 3 grams of total fat per serving. Which is of course not true in most cases but, even if it is true the low cal of low fat is compensated by other things like the sugar.
Now if you really want to eat low cal chocolate then it has to be both low fat and sugar free, but, then the taste of chocolate is not the same.
