Cocoa to Chocolate process is well documented. However, what is not understood is that, just like other food products lot of artificial things are added to the chocolate to get the additional taste, flavorings etc. The chocolate the natural way is a type of chocolate which doesn’t use any artificial substance in its chocolate. Natural cocoa is a cocoa which has grown without the help of fertilizers. There are no chemical products involved to assist the growth of this type of cocoa. Natural chocolate doesn’t even use sugar as sweetener. Instead more natural substances like evaporated cane juice or molasses. Sometimes organic sugar is used instead of sugar. In general a chocolate can called a natural chocolate if these are the ingredients used in the chocolate.
