These Bayreuth Meistersinger performances took place on July 15,18 and 24,1943. We have been unable to determine which one was filmed.
The Nazis appear to have been the ones who edited together the footage of Hitler's 1940 Bayreuth visit and this 1943 Meistersinger finale.
