Shortly after "Knock Knock" (1940), the Andy Panda cartoon introducing Woody Woodpecker for the first time, Walter Lantz made a "pilot" film for a series starred by his new character and that's it. Directed by Walter Lantz in 1941.
A Bob Clampett masterpiece cartoon featuring Porky Pig and hillbilly Sloppy Moe against Injun Joe. This is a remake of Clampett's earlier "Injun Trouble" from 1938. Enjoy!
Another great Bob Clampett cartoon, "The Sour Puss", featuring Porky Pig.
Enjoy!

Nice Porky Pig cartoon co-directed by Bob Clampett and Norman McCabe (Clampett's top animator in the late '30s). The bullfight idea may have come from Disney's "Ferdinand The Bull" and Clampett & McCabe also include a gag on Disney's Fantasia in this funny, imaginative cartoon, which may have possibly inspired Tex Avery's later "Senor Droopy" as well. Enjoy!
Another Bob Clampett cartoon,"Porky's Party"(1938), featuring Porky Pig, a group of zany characters and an oriental silk worm with a fad for lingerie. Enjoy!
