This is a genuine near death experience. Given to me by a work colleague who just happened to have his new camera sitting on the dash.

A slow ride out of the depot to Southern Cross on 44211 hauling the Melbourne Cup special for it's return to Sydney. WARNING this will probably only interest locals. Don't bitch about it being boring.
My camera is sitting on the control stand of T378 on 9251 Warrnambool goods. We start at Geelong station and finish at the down end of Marshall. T378 is off line, 313 is making all the noise.
A walk through the engine room of an EMD 645 turbo locomotive. Starts off at low idle, goes to normal idle speed and briefly in to notch 2 as it heads off out of the depot.
